Scale structure The design of the scale structure has obtained a national patent, with a modular structure, beautiful appearance, flat and without interfaces, reasonable structure, and convenient maintenance. An integral lifting mechanical table top is adopted, which is made of all-steel structure, high-quality steel, and 7 layers of U-shaped steel. All steel materials are free of corrosion and oxide skin. After pre arching treatment (the table top has a slight radian), it is ensured that the surface of the scale platform does not accumulate water in rainy days. The platform of the truck scale shall be a thick and solid steel structure, U-shaped steel structure. All steel plates and U-shaped steels are straightened and bent by applying pressure. Rust removal and rust prevention treatment: After overall shot blasting and rust removal treatment, the truck scale is coated with antirust paint, multi-layer epoxy zinc rich primer, and acrylic polyurethane topcoat. After drying, the exposed surface is smooth and smooth, and the paint film is complete and smooth, without rust spots and uneven paint.

U-shaped steel structure:

The scale body adopts a U-shaped steel structure, and the load-bearing main beam of the scale body is uniformly arranged in the width direction of the scale platform.

Scale body material selection:

The scale body is made of Q235 steel plate, and the design and manufacturing of steel structures comply with the national standard B50202-95.

Processing characteristics:

The scale body adopts structural assembly welding, and the main bearing adopts a professional multi head automatic welding machine to ensure continuous welding without air holes.

Painting features:

Surface treatment and painting of the scale body. After assembly and welding of the scale body, the overall shot blasting and rust removal treatment is carried out in the shot blasting workshop in the factory to remove oxide skin, dust, and oil stains, eliminate welding stress, improve paint adhesion, and further extend the service life of the scale body. The paint primer adopts the principle of using epoxy zinc rich primer, avoiding the negative anti-corrosion principle of using red lead primer, and using the principle of effective replacement reaction between zinc and iron to protect the scale body. One coat of container specific primer (H06-4 epoxy zinc rich) and one coat of finish paint (S04-63 acrylic polyurethane paint) with a dry film thickness of 120um. The paint drying adopts professional paint baking equipment - paint baking room, ensuring uniform baking temperature and film thickness.

Structural features of U-shaped steel weighing platform:

The structure of the weighing platform is designed with a U-shaped section, which is not prone to deformation when subjected to lateral forces. The cold formed steel with U-shaped section is continuously welded with high rigidity, good strength, good processability, and high corrosion resistance.

Features of multi head automatic welding machine:

Gantry type multi head welding machine is mainly used for automatic welding of multiple U-shaped plates on the steel structure weighing platform of an automobile scale. The welding method adopts CO2 flat angle welding, and the welding seam tracking form adopts pneumatic mechanical wheel tracking. This equipment has advanced structure, complete functions, flexible control, and convenient operation. It can achieve simultaneous automatic welding of six welds, improving welding quality, welding efficiency, and achieving welding automation.

Commissioning inspection:

Each electronic truck scale is assembled, debugged, and verified on site. It can only be delivered after passing the inspection by quality and metrological verification personnel. Our company has a standard weight of 200t for verification, ensuring that the electronic truck scale is fully calibrated before delivery, ensuring the accuracy of the electronic truck scale. After arriving at the user's site for installation, the truck scale can directly accept the verification of the local metrological department.

Electronic truck scale grounding:

A correct and good grounding system for truck scales is the foundation for ensuring the long-term reliable operation of digital sensors and instruments. For truck scales installed outdoors, reliable grounding systems and protective measures should be taken to avoid lightning strikes. The scheme is equipped with an anti surge protector. The truck scale installed outdoors must be equipped with a grounding system, and the grounding wire must surround the entire truck scale installation area. The ground resistance between the ground wire and the ground pillar must be less than<4 ohms.
