Automobile scale body and its production process
The scale body structure is a U-shaped steel structure, and the scale platform is modular, serialized, and multi unit combination. Scale body rigidity: not less than 1/1000; The table top steel plate is Q235B steel plate, and its chemical composition and mechanical properties comply with the provisions of GB700-2006. All steel plates and U-shaped steels are straightened and bent by using a large hydraulic bending machine and a large hydraulic pre arch machine. The surface of the weighing platform is slightly curved to prevent water accumulation and ice formation. The bearing platform shall be strengthened to safely carry all loads imposed on it and ensure that the bending degree does not exceed 1/300 of the span at the maximum load.
There is no traditional junction box or sensor mounting hole on the bearing platform, and there is no fixed screw on the table. The bearing platform is flat and beautiful, ensuring the overall sealing of the bearing platform, effectively protecting the sensor and preventing internal corrosion of the bearing platform. The overall strength and stiffness are greatly improved, extending the service life. The installation, repair, and debugging of sensors are very convenient. There are no traditional fixing bolts or pins for the connection between the weighing platforms, making installation simple and time saving.
Production process of truck scale

CNC plasma flame cutting machine:
The powerful AC servo drive system, the dual drive system of gears and racks, and the particularly rigid mechanical structure properly solve the problems of inertia caused by high speed, system vibration, increased wear of the drive system, and reduced cutting quality, ensuring accurate positioning and smooth movement of the cutting torch, ensuring high cutting accuracy, high rigidity, and small reverse spacing, and being easy to adjust to ensure the scale size.
Large hydraulic plate shears:
All-steel welding structure, good rigidity of the machine tool, high accuracy, hydraulic transmission, nitrogen cylinder return stroke, rapid and convenient adjustment. Blade clearance is automatically adjusted, accurate and convenient. Vibration stress relief has excellent rigidity and stability. Thereby improving the processing accuracy.
Large hydraulic bending machine:
The overall steel plate is welded, with sufficient stiffness and strength. It is controlled by hydraulic appliances, and the slider stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily. There are action specifications such as jog, semi-automatic, and automatic. The jog specification is used to facilitate mold testing and adjustment. Inclined wedge type deflection compensation mechanism ensures high bending accuracy.
Gantry type multi head automatic welding machine:
It is mainly used for automatic welding of multiple U-shaped plates on the steel structure weighing platform of automobile scales. The welding method adopts CO2 gas shielded welding, with smooth and flat welds. It can achieve simultaneous automatic welding of six welds. The surface of the weld is smooth and flat, and there is no missing welds, faulty welds, air holes, and sand holes on the whole, improving the welding efficiency and ensuring the welding quality.
Large pre arch machine:
Effectively improve the deflection of the weighing platform under load, prevent water accumulation on the platform, ensure that internal components are not corroded, ensure the upwarping and leveling of the weighing platform, and better ensure the rigidity and strength of the weighing body. The upwarping of the scale body ensures that there is no accumulated water or ice on the surface of the scale platform.
Integral shot blasting machine:
After the assembly and welding of the scale body, the overall 360 degree shot blasting and rust removal treatment shall be carried out in the shot blasting workshop in the factory, to optimize the technological state of the steel surface, eliminate welding stress, remove oxide skin and dust, remove oil stains and rust on the surface, improve the paint adhesion, which is more thorough than sand blasting and rust removal, and extend the service life of the scale body.
Paint room:
The professional paint baking room is equipped with a thermostatic controller. When baking paint, the damper is adjusted to the paint baking position, and the hot air circulates. The temperature in the baking room quickly rises to the predetermined drying temperature. After the fan performs initial filtration of the external fresh air, it exchanges heat with the thermal energy converter, and is sent to the air chamber at the top of the paint baking room. After a second filtration and purification, the hot air passes through the internal circulation function of the damper, in addition to sucking in a small amount of fresh air, Most of the hot air is continuously heated and utilized, causing the temperature in the paint baking room to gradually increase. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the burner automatically stops; When the temperature drops to the set temperature, the fan and burner automatically turn on to maintain a relatively constant temperature in the paint baking room. Ensure uniform baking temperature and paint film thickness.

Each scale is equipped with a nameplate, which includes the manufacturer, measurement accuracy, maximum weighing capacity, verified graduation value, actual graduation value, manufacturing license mark and number, factory number, and other marks.
