Whether the method of fault inspection is correct or not is very important for quickly and accurately determining the location of the fault and repairing it. On the basis of being familiar with the operation and structure principle of the scale, the maintenance personnel of the scale must be able to use the measuring instruments correctly and master the basic repair methods of the scale. In the following section, several common fault detection methods are introduced.
1.Intuitive method
There are many components on the main circuit board of the electronic scale. Many faults are caused by short circuit without using electrical appliances, direct connection of power supply, circuit breaking, bad contact between connection and plug-in, and open welding of parts and pipes. Therefore, when the scale fails, we should first use intuitive feeling: visual, auditory, auditory, touch and other methods to check the circuit board.
2.Comparison and substitution
When the price of weights and pounds is checked for faults, the electronic scales can be compared with the faulty scales by means of instruments, and the faulty points can be found out quickly. In addition, if the sensor, circuit board, power supply, keyboard and other components prepared in the work are suspected to be damaged, the spare parts will be replaced, and then the results will be observed. If the display is normal, then the original components will be wrong. The comparison and substitution method can quickly and accurately determine the fault point.
3.Voltage measurement method
By comparing the working voltage of the circuit components and chip with the normal value, the place where the voltage changes greatly is the place where the fault occurs.
4.Short Circuit and Open Circuit Method
The pound-to-pound price short-circuit method is to short-circuit a part of the circuit. The electronic scale then judges the fault point by the result of the oscilloscope or multimeter test. Open circuit method is to disconnect a part of the circuit, and then use the multimeter to measure resistance, voltage or current to determine the fault point.
Poor maintenance of the weights, or poor foundation of the weights, etc. will lead to the failure of the weights.
Ground-scale malfunction is also a common thing for us. Who should we look for to repair the weights? If you can't handle it properly, you can contact us to repair the weights.
